Trillium Staffing is now seeking a Warehouse Worker for a Temp to hire opportunity!

Schedule is Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 4:30 PM. Pay rate is $17.00/hour. Work is in West Columbus.

Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Lumper to join our team. This position is responsible for manually unloading containers, performing basic warehouse duties, and may include operating a forklift.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manually unload containers by hand (lumping)
• Label products and prepare them for storage
• Wrap and organize pallets
• Assist with general warehouse cleanup
• Put away inventory in designated areas
• Lift and move items up to 50 lbs regularly
• Operate a forklift (if certified) to move or stage products

Qualifications

- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. consistently

- Previous warehouse or lumping experience preferred

- Forklift experience a plus (certification may be required)

- Reliable and punctual

- Able to work independently and as part of a team
