Receptionist

We are seeking a receptionist to provide front desk support for our client located in Columbus, OH. This is a contract position covering for a leave. The ideal candidate will be organized, professional, and able to manage multiple tasks while creating a welcoming environment for guests and staff.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests
  • Receive any deliveries that arrive
  • Answer incoming calls and transfer them to the appropriate departments
  • Monitor company inbox and distribute accordingly
  • Prepare coffee for meetings and ensure refreshments are ready
  • Order lunch for meetings as requested

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of previous experience in a receptionist or administrative support role
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and basic office tools
  • Professional demeanor and ability to interact with guests and staff
  • Reliable and punctual with attention to detail

Pay Details: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour
