Job Details

Duties include: Working for a cannabis grower/processor

• Perform routine preventive maintenance on all equipment

• Maintain/repair mechanical and electrical equipment

• Replace and repair electrical fixtures and circuits

• Perform plumbing repairs on piping, toilets, urinals, flush valves, faucets, washers and drain lines

• Ability to troubleshoot and maintain HVAC equipment
• Cleans and stores tools and equipment
• Must be able to use tools of the trade, as well as common office machines, including copiers
• Maintains records and logs as needed to document work performed
• Other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• 6 months of maintenance experience required
• Ability to lift 50 pounds with or without assistance
• Ability to climb on ladders

This position pays $18-$20 per hour. The work schedule is generally M-F, 8 am-4:30 pm.
