Warehouse Associate

Join our team as a Warehouse Associate with starting pay at $23.50 per hour, with a potential pay range of $23.50 to $26.36 per hour. Enjoy additional compensation through shift differentials earning between $2.00 to $3.50 per hour during designated time frames. • Pack, load, and ship items efficiently to stores and guests.
• Ensure precise processing of merchandise to maintain our standards.
• Handle freight and manage inventory quickly and safely throughout the warehouse.
• Keep your work area tidy, organized, and compliant with our standards.
• Punctually attend work and diligently complete assigned tasks accurately.
• Engage in problem-solving initiatives to support continuous improvement.
• Maintain a respectful and positive attitude, both independently and in a team atmosphere.

Job Requirements

• Frequent lifting and carrying of merchandise weighing 35-50 lbs. during shifts.
• Occasional lifting of merchandise weighing up to 60 lbs.
• Ability to push carts and utilize equipment to move items safely.
• Stand, walk, squat, bend, and reach throughout the workweek.
• Work at heights of up to 40 ft on a mezzanine (if applicable).
• Employ basic math skills for accurate operations.
• Read labels and product documentation efficiently.
• Operate computer systems or handheld devices with minimal supervision after training.
• Demonstrate good communication, both written and oral.
• Be open to training on and operating all powered equipment safely.
• Understand, speak, and read English proficiently to comply with safety procedures.

Food Distribution Center Requirements:

Able to work in various temperature-controlled environments, including refrigeration and freezer.
