Position Overview: We are looking for a Day Porter/Cleaner to join our team. This role is crucial for maintaining the environment and cleanliness at Littleton's Market. Responsibilities may include store and restaurant cleaning, sweeping, shoveling snow, etc.

Key Responsibilities:

Sweep, mop and maintain cleanliness of store floors

Clean windows, mirrors and case doors with appropriate cleaners

Change out trash throughout store

Dust and clean shelves, displays and other surfaces

Clean and sanitize restrooms in front of hour and back of house

Maintain cleanliness of common areas and employee break room including microwave, table, refrigerator and other common spaces

Keep front walkway and pavilion clear of snow, leaves and debris

Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs as necessary

Able to stand, bend and twist throughout shift

Able to lift 10 lbs. regularly and with occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs.

Clean and sanitize pavilion before opening and closing

Power wash pavilion as needed

Qualifications: Required:

High School Diploma or GED

1 year commercial cleaning or custodial experience

Preferred:

2-4 years cleaning experience

1 year grocery or restaurant cleaning experience

Ability to work independently

Familiarity with chemicals and cleaning products
