Job Details

Thinks, communicates and behaves as a cause-driven leader and role model for other staff and members when it comes to desired staff behaviors; promotes youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility in all job-related functions. Serves as the point person and works directly with all guests in the YMCA Shelter Program assigned. Performs daily procedures including but not limited to; phone operations, alarm systems, general cleaning needs of the facility, shift rounds, operational paperwork, clerical and/or filing work and computer data entry. Controls access into the building by means of monitoring the entrance way during the hours for arrival and departure. Communicates special guest needs to the Team Coordinator by means of a Daily Shift Reports, Incident Reports, verbal reports at shift change and/or via email and phone if determined necessary.
