Four Seasons - - Responsibilities: Patrol hotel grounds, guest floors, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure a safe and secure environment.; Monitor CCTV and alarm systems, reporting any suspicious activity or safety hazards.; Respond promptly to emergencies, including medical situations, fire alarms, security breaches, and guest concerns.; Document and report all incidents accurately and in a timely manner using hotel security software.; Assist with crowd control during hotel events and maintain a visible presence in public areas.
