Job Title: Production Lead $30/hr

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Lead to join our manufacturing team specializing in doors. This position is for the 2nd shift, running from Sunday to Thursday, 3:30 PM to Midnight, with overtime as required by business needs.

Responsibilities

• Review weekly quality control reports and take corrective action on identified issues.

• Participate in weekly quality meetings to set and implement team-specific quality goals.

• Engage in team lead meetings to identify and resolve shop-wide operational challenges.

• Document and recommend improvements to new hire training procedures.

• Ensure full compliance with the new hire onboarding schedule.

• Manage and track cross-training efforts to maintain staffing flexibility.

Essential Skills

• Leadership experience.

• Manufacturing experience.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with production and quality control.

• Knowledge of machine operation and assembly processes.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $62400.00/yr.
