Project Executive – Self-Perform Operations

We're looking for a leader who understands how work actually gets built.

This role requires someone who knows labor planning, means and methods, sequencing, cost control, and how to align Superintendents and Project Managers around consistent, high-quality delivery. This is not passive oversight, it's operational leadership with full accountability for performance.

What This Role Owns

• Executive oversight of self-perform groups from preconstruction through closeout
• Labor strategy, manpower planning, and productivity tracking across projects
• Cost performance, forecasting accuracy, and margin protection
• Budget controls, milestone schedules, and clear reporting expectations
• Alignment between estimating, operations, and field leadership
• Strong owner and architect relationships built on credibility and execution
• Support of major pursuits and strategic market growth initiatives

This leader ensures projects are not only won but executed efficiently, predictably, and profitably.

What You Bring

• 10+ years of construction experience with senior project leadership responsibility
• Proven success leading self-perform teams and managing internal labor risk
• Strong understanding of production rates, productivity metrics, and field execution
• Ability to operate strategically while staying grounded in daily operations
• Clear, confident communication and leadership presence in both the field and executive settings
