Conduct preventive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, building and other systems to reduce downtime. Perform failure analysis on equipment, diagnosing the root cause of issues and implementing corrective actions. Replaces faulty electrical components of machine, such as relays, switches, and motors, and positions sensing devices, using hand tools. Work with various voltages including 480 V, 240 V and 120 V. This includes single and 3 phase circuits. Order and install replacement parts as needed. Evaluate equipment and systems to identify areas for improvement and recommend upgrades to enhance performance. Work in confined spaces, or elevated platforms, ladders, and roofs. Document maintenance procedures and modifications through detailed technical reports.
