During every interaction, we display three behaviors:*Smile, display energy and open body language.* Proactively greet team members and guests, initiating interaction to provide service.* Always use a positive parting remark to end the conversation.Essential Job Functions:* Utilizes basic ingredients to perform basic cooking techniques according to established recipes; sautéing, grilling, frying, roasting, and/or preparation of basic dough to create pastries, cakes and baked goods* Adds seasoning to foods during mixing or cooking.* Observes and tests foods being cooked to determine that it is cooked.* Carves meats, portions food on serving plates, adds sauces and garnishes to complete food order.* Performs all other duties as assigned.Qualifications:* Must be 18 years of age or older.* High school diploma or equivalent.* Three or more years related experience and/or training preferred.* Must be available to work flexible shifts, holidays and weekends.* Ability to successfully fulfill the pre-employment process.Physical and Mental Demands:* Regularly required to see, hear and smell; stand; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms.* Must regularly lift and /or move up to 50 pounds.Able to work with others while maintaining a positive and courteous demeanor under occasional fast paced and hot working conditions.
