Job Summary - Production Baker
• Knowledge of scratch baking
• Ability to perform bench duties ( pastry, cookies, dough )
• Ability to read production recipes
• Ability to use rack ovens
• Maintain cleaning and sanitation
*Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
** Must be able to work Daytime hours
** Must be experienced
Physical Demands:
• Stand on feet, bend, stoop or walk for the majority of the time on duty.
• Work in freezer and/or cooler for short periods of time.
• Work safely around ovens.
• Lift, push, and/or pull bakery ingredients/items up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to wear company-provided uniform, and maintain a clean and groomed appearance.
