CALL CENTER CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE The Call Center Customer Service Representative serves as a primary point of contact for customers using banking and payment processing products and services. This role is responsible for delivering accurate information, resolving issuesefficiently, and ensuring a secure, compliant, and positive customer experience across all interactions. This position is a 6-month contract assignment with the chance of getting hired on permanently after 6 months. This position will pay $20/hr. and be 100% onsite in Blue Ash. RESPONSIBILITIES
