Lids - - Responsibilities: Generate sales and provide customer service; Meet or exceed Company Objectives in all individual statistics; Provide consistent, documented appraisal of an associate's sales performance; Adhere to current visual guidelines including merchandising, signage and store cleanliness; Open and close the store as required
