The Medical Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for clients at the health center and plays a critical role in ensuring a respectful, efficient, and welcoming experience. This position supports the organization's mission by facilitating access tocare through accurate registration, scheduling, and administrative support while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
The Medical Receptionist partners closely with clinical, billing, and operational staff to support smooth client flow and revenue cycle processes. This role focuses on administrative and customer service functions and does not provide clinical care or assist with medical procedures.
