Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff by following site-specific procedures, access guidelines, and emergency response activities when appropriate.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site leadership.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location, sales floor, common areas, entrances, exits, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity and security-related concerns.; Monitor foot traffic, assist with loss prevention awareness, and help to deter unauthorized activity, trespassing, and policy violations through visible presence and routine patrols.; Support store and location operations by assisting with opening and closing activities, observing delivery and vendor activity, and communicating clearly with management and/or emergency services as needed.
