The core responsibilities of this role include performing daily cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy across all locations. Execute recounts for variances outside acceptable tolerance levels and document findings. Support in investigating and reconciling of inventory discrepancies. Conduct daily inventory audits to verify product integrity, quantity, and proper storage. Assist with root-cause analysis of inventory errors to prevent recurrence. Ensure proper labeling, slotting, and product identification to support accuracy and efficiency.

Position: Inventory Control Clerk

Shift: 1st shift Monday Friday 6am - 2pm

Pay: $19.40

Role Purpose:

Responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy by verifying all inbound and outbound orders. Insure that inventory entries and adjustments are reflected accurately in the warehouse management system.

Key Accountabilities:

• Maintain inventory records.
• Perform daily inventory management procedures and duties.
• Coordinate physical inventory procedures and adjust system as necessary.
• Follow procedures to accurately adjust inventory for over/short, defective, and damaged product.
• Perform routine clerical assignments including filing invoices and maintaining records.

Required Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Six months warehousing and inventory experience, preferred
• Forklift operator certificate or satisfactory completion of a forklift-training program within the first 30 days of employment, preferred
