Comfort Keepers - - Responsibilities: Scheduling: Learn and master our scheduling system to effectively match caregivers with clients based on care needs and personality fit; Monitor & Adjust: Ensure caregivers are punctual for their shifts, and handle any last-minute schedule changes or emergencies with efficiency; Caregiver & Client Relations: Maintain strong relationships with caregivers, clients, and their families by providing regular updates and resolving concerns promptly; Administrative Excellence: Keep accurate and detailed records for scheduling, payroll, and billing. Document updates in the system and ensure all team members have the necessary information for smooth operations; On-Call Coverage: Participate in the on-call rotation, accepting pre-scheduled evening and weekend shifts from home, to address any urgent needs
