Jefferson Health - 3500 Horizon Drive - Responsibilities: Drive refill queues and assist patients, physicians and pharmacists in claim adjudication/review and benefits investigations; Enter patient information into therapy-specific patient assessment software; Assist with filling and distribution of prescriptions under the supervision of a clinical pharmacist; Screen patients for financial assistance and apply on their behalf where applicable; Track and monitor deliveries to ensure medications arrive to patient undamaged; intervene as necessary to reship delivery
