Viva Senior Living - - Responsibilities: Responsible for the accurate and timely distribution and documentation of medication for residents in accordance with each residents physicians orders and applicable regulations.; Assist residents in maintaining their total wellbeing by following the established Plan of Care, providing assistance with activities of daily living, social activities, dietary assistance, and Viva Senior Livings philosophies.; Supervise and care for residents on daily basis according to residents needs.; Administer medication as directed by supervisor.; Document changes in residents' condition and transfer information to the next shift.
