Vitas Healthcare - 3154 Executive Way - Responsibilities: Educate healthcare professionals, patients and families about the benefits of hospice care; Explain how hospice can benefit them and educate healthcare professionals about end-of-life options for their patient base; Cultivate and share expertise about the Medicare hospice benefit and VITAS services, collaborating with clinical teams to create effective messaging and strategies; Travel throughout assigned territory meeting with patients and healthcare representatives where education is beneficial; Support operations of Care Connection Center and ensure patient welfare is at the center of all activities
