Our services are designed to be holistic, geographically accessible, culturally sensitive, and coordinated with other related service systems, both formal and informal. Community Council has a long history of providing mental health services to Philadelphia residents and is one of the City of Philadelphia's original 12 Base Service Units. We provide a range of mental health and substance abuse direct services and case management. The organization has a diverse staff of 200 that deliver evidenced based services in a culturally competent manner.

GENERAL OVERVIEW OF KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
The role of Administrative Support is to greet clients, manage phone calls, schedule appointments, and maintain accurate records in the EHR system. They verify insurance, collect payments, support billing needs, and ensure all required paperwork is completed and organized. They facilitate communication with families and referral sources as permitted, assist clinicians with documentation needs, and help maintain smooth daily clinic operations by tracking attendance and updating consents. They provide professional, trauma-informed customer service while protecting client confidentiality and adhering to all HIPAA and age.
