Cooper University Health Care - - Responsibilities: Serve as the single point of contact to internal and external customers to ensure easy and seamless access to physicians, employees, patients, programs and services; Handle requests through various channels while utilizing numerous databases simultaneously; Relay incoming, outgoing, and interoffice calls to or from internal and external customers in a 24/7 environment; Familiarity with hospital codes (preferred); Experience using an automated telephone console system (preferred)
