Ross Stores - 12115 Biscayne Boulevard - Responsibilities: Greets all Customers by making eye contact, smiling and saying hello throughout the Store; assists Customers and answers questions in a courteous and knowledgeable manner.; Maintains a clean and organized store by performing cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, wiping counters and mirrors, and replenishing restroom supplies.; Expedites newly received merchandise receipts to the sales floor and merchandises items per guidelines to maintain presentation standards.; Maintains a high level of awareness on the sales floor to create a safe and secure shopping environment and reports any unsafe conditions to store leadership.; Follows all policies and procedures concerning cash, check, charge card and refund transactions, as well as MOS and loss prevention standards.
