Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm

Columbus, Ohio (onsite)

What You'll Do:

• Provide excellent customer service by communicating directly with customers to resolve order, pricing, and delivery issues
• Generate and manage sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely communication with production and shipping teams
• Prepare and process sales invoices, credits, and product returns while ensuring proper documentation and timing
• Support plant operations by attending production meetings and staying informed on capacity and order availability

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree in business is a plus
• 1–2 years of experience in a similar role; accounts payable/receivable experience preferred
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook
