Summary of Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The Support Services Assistant supports a variety of administrative and facilities functions and requires a high level of attention to detail, professionalism, and service orientation. Responsibilities include coordinating incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries; operating copy, scan, and binding equipment; assisting with conference room and hospitality setups; and maintaining supply areas and kitchen spaces. The Assistant also provides backup coverage for the reception desk and support special requests from attorneys and staff throughout the office. Additional duties include preparing and tracking messenger deliveries, proofreading completed print jobs, coordinating with vendors, maintaining departmental records and logs, monitoring equipment functionality, and performing regular housekeeping tasks to ensure a clean and orderly work environment.
