Warehouse Manager

Location: Miami, FL (Fully Onsite)

Compensation: Approximately $80,000 base + bonus potential

A well-established, high-volume distribution organization in Miami is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead operations at its largest revenue-generating branch. This role requires a strong operational leader who can manage a large team, improve processes, and communicate effectively with executive leadership.

This is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-paced environment with significant operational responsibility.

What You'll Do:

• Oversee daily high-volume warehouse operations
• Lead and manage a team of approximately 40+ employees
• Drive accountability, productivity, and operational efficiency
• Identify and resolve process breakdowns and workflow issues
• Partner closely with branch leadership and headquarters
• Communicate regularly with executive leadership
• Support continuous improvement initiatives

What We're Looking For:

• 10+ years of warehouse management experience
• Proven experience managing large teams (40+ employees required)
• Experience in high-volume distribution or operational environments
• Strong leadership presence and communication skills
• Process-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving ability
• Comfortable interacting with executive leadership
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred

Work Environment:

• Fully onsite in Miami
• Warehouse operates extended hours (schedule flexibility available)
• Limited travel
