Warehouse Recruiter

$32/hr - $37/hr

Monday-Friday 8:00-5:00pm

Columbus, Ohio (onsite, with remote Fridays)

8-10 weeks Contract (maternity leave coverage)

What You'll Do:

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle for high-volume, non-exempt roles such as warehouse associates, pick/pack, and shipping/receiving positions
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to align on workforce needs, role requirements, and hiring timelines
• Source talent through a variety of channels including job boards, databases, referrals, and other creative recruiting methods
• Conduct candidate screenings and interviews to evaluate skills, experience, and overall fit.
• Coordinate interview scheduling and ensure timely communication and feedback between candidates and hiring teams
• Deliver a positive candidate experience through consistent and proactive communication
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) while tracking recruiting activity
• Achieve hiring targets, time-to-fill goals, and other key performance indicators
• Share market insights and suggest improvements to enhance recruiting strategies

What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience in recruiting, with a preference for supporting warehouse, light industrial, or other hourly roles
• Proven ability to manage high-volume hiring demands in a fast-paced environment
• Skilled in sourcing talent and quickly developing strong candidate pipelines
• Highly organized with strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Capable of handling multiple open roles and competing priorities at once
• Comfortable using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and various recruiting tools
• Motivated, results-focused professional who can take initiative and work independently
