*What You'll Do*
* Smiles and makes eye contact with guests / fellow staff members while working
* Relate in a friendly professional manner to shop guests and fellow staff members.
* Assist guests as needed or requested.
* Shipping/receiving/pricing/tagging product
* Managing back stock and rotating merchandise
* Maintaining incoming/outgoing inventory records
* Examining shipments/matching with PO/Invoice/Pkg. slips
* Working with vendors to rectify damaged merchandise/shorted items/back orders/improper pricing
* Timely pricing and distribution of product to ensure it gets on the sales floor as soon as possible
* Assembling product & displays as needed or directed
* Operate cash register as needed or directed
* Additional duties as requested or directed
*Skills You'll Bring*
* The shipping / receiving person is responsible for maintaining a clean, organized inventory room.
* Accurate account of inventory and proper pricing of product according to management guidelines.
* Communicate in a positive and professional manner with guests and fellow staff members.
* Excellent Verbal and written skills
* Retail experience preferably in a specialty shop
* Demonstrated proficiency with computers and software programs; excellent math and analytical skills.
* The employee is occasionally required to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, sit and reach with hands and arms and frequently lift and/or move up to 35 pounds.

* Requires the ability to work rotating schedules including some evenings, weekends and holidays
