About the Role

Position: Sterile Processing Tech (SPT)

Location: Columbus, OH 43210

Duration: 13 Weeks

Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (07:00 - 15:30)

Certification: CBSPD, IAHCSMM or CBSPD, IAHCSMM/HSPA

Responsibilities

• Decontamination of all items (Drills, Davinci, scopes)
• Assembly of all instruments in all service lines (Trauma, loaners, peel packaging included)
• Sterilization process (sterrad and steam)
• HLD/ Scope experience
• Sterile Storage
• OR Liaison experience
• Censitrac Tracking system experience

Qualifications

Will accept either CBSPD or CRCST (through HSPA, formerly IAHCSMM).

Required Skills

Experience with all areas of the department.
