Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Receiving Associate to support warehouse operations at our Pembroke Park facility. This role is pivotal for the accurate receipt, inspection, documentation, and storage of materials and equipment used across our operations. An ideal candidate is organized, safety-minded, and thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment where accuracy and accountability are critical.
Responsibilities
Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments to verify accuracy, quantity, and condition.
Match deliveries against purchase orders, packing slips, and shipping documents.
Report and document shortages, damages, or discrepancies in a timely manner.
Accurately enter receiving data into inventory and tracking systems.
Label, tag, and properly store materials in designated warehouse locations.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe receiving and storage area.
Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (as trained/certified).
Follow all company safety policies and procedures, including OSHA guidelines.
Communicate with customers and internal teams via email.
Essential Skills
Ability to communicate effectively in Spanish (bilingual Spanish/English preferred but can speak Spanish only with ability to write/read in English).
Computer literate, with experience using inventory systems, data entry, and basic Microsoft applications.
Prior receiving experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.
Email writing abilities.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
High school diploma or GED.
Forklift experience or certification is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Work Environment
This role is situated in a warehouse setting with exposure to moving equipment and materials. The position requires standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift. You will work in a fast-paced environment supporting active construction and operations teams. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, in an open bay warehouse.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
