Home Care Association of America - - Responsibilities: Anticipate, identify and resolve client care needs.; Be physically capable of assisting clients with mobility issues, transportation and ambulation.; Ensure personal care (hygiene, toileting, showering, dressing, meal prep, grooming, etc.) reflects each clients plan of care and personal preferences.; Promote independence and empower clients by focusing on their capabilities rather than their struggles.; Remind clients to take the correct dose at the correct time as prescribed. We do not administer medication.
