Genesis HealthCare - - Responsibilities: Assist residents with bathing, eating, dressing, and personal hygiene as needed; Inform supervisor and other staff of changes in residents' conditions and needs and document these observations thoroughly; Follow procedure for medication reminders to ensure correct day, time, and that they are being taken; Answer emergency call lights and respond appropriately; Perform dining room duties and assists with dining needs of residents
