Admin Assistant (Operations Support – Fast-Paced Marine Industry)

Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL

What This Role Actually Is

You are supporting the operational engine of the company.

You will assist with:

  • Coordinating technician schedules that change daily
  • Communicating with clients, captains, and internal team
  • Supporting invoicing and job completion flow
  • Keeping multiple moving pieces organized without slowing things down

This is a high-activity, real-time environment. Things will change throughout the day. Your job is to help keep everything aligned and moving forward.

What Success Looks Like
  • Technicians are scheduled correctly and efficiently
  • Jobs move from scheduled ? completed ? invoiced without delay
  • Communication between team and clients is clear and consistent
  • You stay composed and productive even when plans change
