Job Title: Office Assistant
Job Description
The office assistant will play a crucial role in assisting customers with locating and purchasing products or services that align with their needs. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in an office setting, preferably within the automotive parts industry.
Responsibilities
Assist customers in finding and purchasing products or services that meet their needs.
Prepare service quotes with attention to detail and accuracy.
Provide administrative support including data entry, filing, and clerical tasks.
Utilize POS operating systems effectively.
Maintain knowledge of truck and automotive parts to better assist customers.
Essential Skills
2+ years of experience preparing service quotes.
2+ years of experience with truck parts and automotive parts knowledge.
Familiarity with POS operating systems.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Strong thinking, organizational, and communication skills.
Results-driven attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Trustworthy, prompt, and reliable.
Problem-solving and solution-oriented mindset.
Work Environment
This is an on-site position located in Cinnaminson, NJ. The work schedule is Monday through Friday from 7 AM to 4 PM.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cinnaminson, NJ.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.
