Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a healthcare location.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, and problem-solving manner, including assisting with access control, visitor screening, and reporting of unusual activity.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify security-related concerns.; Monitor entrances, exits, and common areas to help to deter disruptions, support authorized access, and/or communicate observed issues to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.; Complete required reports and documentation related to incidents, patrol activity, and/or policy observations in accordance with site expectations and Allied Universal standards.
