Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at an educational location.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while communicating with staff, students, visitors, and/or local responders as needed.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout campus buildings, parking areas, common areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and/or potential concerns.; Monitor access points and activity across the location, reporting maintenance issues, policy violations, suspicious behavior, and/or unauthorized presence according to site protocols.; Support campus operations during routine activities and special events by assisting with directions, visitor interactions, and incident documentation in accordance with Allied Universal standards.
