Must haves

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bilinugal in Spanish and English
  • 1–2 years of experience in customer service, cash handling, or administrative support
  • Strong communication skills with a professional, customer-focused demeanor
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a high-volume environment
  • Comfortable using basic office software and point-of-sale or CRM systems
  • Solid basic math skills and attention to detail

Job Description

Front-desk and cashier role serving as the first and last point of contact for customers. Responsible for greeting visitors, directing inquiries, and accurately processing all payments while supporting daily administrative operations in a fast-paced retail environment.

• Greet customers, answer phones, and route inquiries to the appropriate department

• Schedule appointments and provide basic service or order status updates

• Process payments for services, products, and purchases using multiple payment methods

• Issue receipts, handle refunds, and respond to payment questions

• Balance cash drawer, reconcile daily transactions, and prepare deposits

• Perform light administrative tasks, data entry, and document handling

• Maintain a clean, organized reception and customer waiting area

Support events, promotions, and general showroom organization as needed

Compensation

$15 to $18

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
