The PSR II draws quality blood samples from patients and provides exceptional customer service by responding to patients and family members promptly, addressing issues, and identifying special needs. The PSR II performs quality control and troubleshoots phlebotomy equipment in accordance with protocols. The PSR II demonstrates dedication to the community by ensuring accurate and timely patient check-in, check-out and patient registration; driving patient satisfaction and keeping the companys reputation for excellence in front of the patient.
