Job Overview:

The Opportunity: You will serve as the face of Pro Energy Solutions within a retail environment, sparking the initial interest that drives our residential HVAC business forward. How You Will Make an Impact:

• Initiate professional conversations with retail customers to identify residential heating and cooling needs.
• Generate high-quality sales leads by educating homeowners on Pro Energy Solutions' specialized HVAC services.
• Promote current sales promotions and contests to drive customer interest and scheduled consultations.
• Maintain a positive and energetic presence in the retail space to uphold the company's strong local reputation.
• Coordinate with the sales and client relations team to ensure seamless hand-offs of prospective customer data.
• Document customer interactions accurately within our modern CRM and dispatch systems to track performance.
• Represent company values of integrity and teamwork in every customer interaction to build long-term trust.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Proven ability to communicate with confidence and professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated mindset with a strong focus on achieving performance-based goals and bonuses.
• Reliable attendance and a flexible schedule including availability for weekend shifts.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

• Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or face-to-face marketing environments.

• Familiarity with residential HVAC concepts or a willingness to learn technical service basics.
