Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within an educational location.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while communicating clearly with students, staff, visitors, and campus partners.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity and report unusual conditions.; Monitor access points and observe campus activity to support authorized entry, provide directions, and document security-related concerns according to site procedures.; Prepare clear and accurate reports of incidents, patrol activities, and/or policy-related concerns, and relay relevant information to supervisors and designated personnel.
