Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, visitor reception duties, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a front desk location.; Monitor lobby and front desk activity, greet students, staff, visitors, and/or vendors, and help to direct individuals according to site access procedures.; Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns through established communication channels when appropriate.; Assist with access control functions, visitor check-in processes, badge and credential review, and documentation of daily activities, incidents, and/or unusual observations.; Answer phones, manage inquiries, and support a professional front desk presence while helping to maintain orderly operations within the location.
