Manufacturing Supply Chain Manager

Compensation: Up to $180,000 (depending on experience)

We are seeking a Manufacturing Supply Chain Manager to lead and improve end-to-end supply chain operations within a manufacturing environment. This role will focus on driving efficiency, managing procurement and inventory, and ensuring alignment between materials, production, and delivery.

Job Duties

• Oversee daily supply chain operations including procurement, production support, and material flow
• Develop and execute supply chain strategies aligned with business goals
• Manage inventory levels, reduce excess and obsolete stock, and improve forecasting accuracy
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate pricing and contracts
• Lead ERP system implementation and support system improvements across sites
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure production timelines and customer demands are met
• Identify and implement process improvements to drive efficiency and reduce costs
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team while promoting accountability and performance
• Ensure compliance with company policies and mitigate supply chain risks

Qualifications

• Proven experience in supply chain management within a manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of procurement, inventory management, and production support
• Experience with ERP systems and implementations
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

• Experience within building products or a related manufacturing industry
• Background in process improvement and cost reduction initiatives
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decisions
