Description:

We're hiring a Recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in connecting people with meaningful work. In this role, your bilingual skills will be used daily to build relationships, guide candidates through the hiring process, and support client hiring needs across multiple industries.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing volume with quality, understands the importance of urgency and follow-through, and wants to play a visible role in delivering workforce solutions.

What You'll Do

  • Source, screen, and interview bilingual candidates for a variety of roles and industries
  • Conduct talent calls, interview preparation, orientations, and onboarding
  • Guide candidates through pre-employment requirements, including applications, background checks, drug screens, and employment documentation
  • Maintain accurate and timely candidate, payroll, and assignment records in ATS/CRM systems
  • Support temporary associates while on assignment, including coaching, issue resolution, and redeployment
  • Partner closely with client managers, providing regular updates on hiring needs and candidate progress
  • Actively build and maintain a strong bilingual talent pipeline

What We're Looking For

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (required)
  • Experience in recruiting, staffing, sales, or a customer-facing service role that involves hiring
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a goal-driven environment
  • Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Word; ATS or CRM experience preferred
