A rare opportunity for a highly skilled, discreet, and creative Private Chef to join a warm, health-conscious Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) family across multiple residences in the Northeast. This family values wellness, thoughtful entertaining, and a professional yet family-friendly atmosphere.

Their primary residence is in Miami Beach, and the family spends the summer months exclusively in the Hamptons, with rotations through Philadelphia and Long Beach Island in late summer and fall. This position would be responsible for the northeast properties only.

Role Overview

• Season: June through October
• Locations: Hamptons, NY; Philadelphia, PA; Long Beach Island, NJ
• Schedule: Full-time, flexible; travel required between properties as needed
• Summer: Hamptons-based
• Fall: Rotating through Northeast properties
• Ownership of kitchen operations with full autonomy in menu creation and execution

Responsibilities

• Craft daily, health-forward meals for a young, active family
• Design and execute seasonal, ingredient-driven menus emphasizing wellness, freshness, and elevated presentation
• Plan and cater intimate gatherings and family entertaining with polished but approachable style
• Manage kitchen operations, procurement, inventory, and organization
• Maintain discretion, professionalism, and a collaborative presence within the household

Ideal Candidate

• Extensive experience as a Private Chef for UHNW families or in Michelin/5-star caliber kitchens
• Expertise in seasonal, clean, and wellness-focused cuisine
• Proven ability to balance family-style meals with elegant entertaining
• Highly organized, adaptable, proactive, and solution-oriented
• Experience working in a fully staffed home/working on a team
• Warm, personable, and thrives in a family-oriented environment
• NY-based preferred, but open to NJ/PA candidates- must have valid driver's license
• Comfortable undergoing extensive background checks and screening
• Must provide professional references from at least 2–3 private household or employer roles
