Project Manager – Commercial Construction

Location: Philadelphia, PA

A well-established general contractor in the Philadelphia area is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This individual will be responsible for managing project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships to ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple construction projects from preconstruction through completion
• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets
• Oversee subcontractor coordination, contracts, and performance
• Lead project meetings and maintain communication with clients, architects, and internal teams
• Review drawings, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in commercial construction project management
• Experience managing projects such as healthcare, institutional, commercial, or similar sectors preferred
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, and budgeting
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and maintain strong client relationships
• Proficiency with construction management software and project documentation
