Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a retail location; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while documenting relevant details and reporting concerns to site leadership; Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout the sales floor, parking areas, entrances, exits, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity and/or policy violations; Monitor customer and visitor activity, assist with access and crowd control needs, and help to deter theft, disorderly conduct, and/or other security-related concerns; Support closing and opening routines, observe high-traffic areas, and communicate with store personnel regarding security-related issues, hazards, and/or response needs
