Terms of Employment

• W2 Contract, 9 Months

Overview

Our client is looking for a Constellation Security Operations Center (SOC) who enables CSOC to achieve core objectives protecting Constellation critical infrastructure, assets and personnel through 24/7 monitoring of physical security intrusion detections systems, access controls, and security call center reporting

Responsibilities

• Monitor and remediate intrusion detection alarms
• Answer, prioritize, and respond to telephonic security incident reporting
• Manage and log site entry/exit system disarm events
• Write and submit security incident reports
• Submit service requests for corrective maintenance of security systems, perform service ticket validation
• Perform and document system checks and video tours
• Perform forensic investigative support of video and access control records
• Perform administrative ESOC tasks.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum AA degree, or High School or GED with 2 years of Security System or IT experience..
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to write grammatically correct and stylistically appropriate business communications.
• Ability to work effectively under high stress situations, to rapidly assess and respond to life safety and security incidents.
• Demonstrated proficiency on the following systems: CCure 9000E, ExacqVision, Andover Continuum, Pelco Control Point, Compass, DMP, D3, JIRA, PassagePoint, Constellation Alert, Microsoft Office Suite, and any other systems used by CSOC at the time of application.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Constellation Business structure, CSOC Policies and Procedures, Constellation NERC CIP Policies and Procedures, Substation Operation, and CISS Policy and Procedures.
