Four Seasons - - Responsibilities: Prepare and cook menu items across all kitchen stations, including grill, sauté, and cold line, following established recipes, portion control, and presentation standards.; Execute mise en place and station set-up for service periods while ensuring proper cooking temperatures for meats and seafood.; Prepare food items in advance as required, accurately scaling recipes and preventing overproduction or waste.; Operate, maintain, and properly clean kitchen equipment such as fryers, ovens, mixers, slicers, steamers, flat top grills, and other culinary tools.; Label, date, store, and rotate food products in accordance with food safety policies and temperature controls; monitor pars and identify potential shortages.
