Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a front desk location within an automotive environment.; Monitor access to the location by greeting guests, verifying identification and/or visitor information, issuing access credentials when appropriate, and documenting arrivals and departures in accordance with site policies.; Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant details to site contacts, supervisors, and/or first responders as needed.; Answer phones, manage the reception area, and support front desk operations by providing directions, handling inquiries, and reporting maintenance, customer service, and/or security-related concerns through proper channels.; Complete required logs, reports, and other documentation related to visitor management, deliveries, incidents, and/or daily activity while helping to support orderly operations at the location.
